Every package we ship does come with a delivery confirmation number to all USA addresses and will be provided to you automatically through eBay once your package has been shipped.

We use the USPS for all shipment. We use either First Class mail, Parcel Post mail, or Priority Mail. We always use the cheapest rate but will use the faster service upon your request (note additional charges may apply).

We do our best to get your shipment packed and to the postal service within 72 hours and provide you with the tracking number. Please do not hold us responsible for any delays due to the postal service as we can not control the delivery once the package is delivered to the postal service.

Please note that we sometimes reuse boxes and shipping material to help keep the shipping fees low and to save a little more of our mother earth.

Returns are guaranteed but there are NO return fees for ANY shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping fees.
