Hinge System
The PRECISION ORTHOMEDICS Neoprene Hinged Knee Support Brace features two hinges, one on either side of the knee. These geared DUAL-AXIAL polycentric hinges help the natural gliding action of the knee by giving the maximum medial-lateral support without restricting mobility. These combined with the neoprene material and Velcro straps, improves stability around the whole knee area.

The hinge system is hidden in a neoprene pocket to ensure maximum comfort, whilst providing both lateral and medial support, within the full range of patella track movement.

Velcro Straps
There are 2 "HOOK & LOOP" large Velcro straps that can be tightened for an accurate, individual fit, ensuring your knee is kept stabilized during any

Open Patella Design
Open Patella stabilises the knee cap, helping to prevent displacement, while the open patella allows the skin to breath and prevents unnecessary
