PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept PayPal only. All of our “Buy it Now” listings require immediate payment. For accepted “Best Offer” orders we expect payment within 7 days of auction ending, otherwise the item will be re-listed and unpaid report made to eBay. For items requesting invoice payment should be made within 3 days or order will be cancelled and unpaid report is made to Ebay.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship via USPS or FedEx—within the United States items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise marked) and international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class for items less than 4 lbs or Priority Mail (unless otherwise marked). Items are usually shipped out on same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after the cleared payment is received. In some cases, depending on the time an order and the cleared payment were received, it may take 2 business days to ship. Please note that the "shipped out" date is for the item to be sent to the post office-- average USPS delivery times apply after the post office has received the item.
RETURNS:
We accept returns according to the following guidelines. Items for returns must have a return request within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns due to a customer’s choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping cost is responsibility of customer. All return items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Electrical and Electronics are no returnable. Seasonal items such as Ramadan and Eid decorations are not returnable. Items in sealed retail packages must be unopened.
Returns due to our error or problems with the item will be refunded in full—please contact us so that we can help solve any problems.
Contact us directly for a return form and address in case you need to exchange or to return items. All returns must be received by us within 15 days of the approved return request; any returns over this time period will be sent back to the sender without a refund.
