Shipping Information

We ship with:

•        All in stock orders received by 13:00pm Eastern Time will ship the same day! All orders received after 13:05 pm will ship the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude all major US holidays and any days that our carriers do not ship. We require a physical Address.
•        The shipping rates listed are only for residential or commercial destinations in the continental 48 United States. If we ship to other locations it will be listed and it will require an additional shipping charge, please ask us if there are any questions.

• We only ship the item to the PayPal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.
• Currently, we do ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes
• Most of our items are shipped via USPS mail.
• Shipping locations are listed on the left or by clicking the "Shipping and payments" tab at top. Please bid/purchase accordingly.
• Shipping time during holidays may take longer than normal.
• Many of our items can be shipped 2nd Day and Overnight. Overnight charge is always double of the second day charge, regardless of what the listing states. If the listing indicates otherwise, please ask us first.
• For expedited shipping, the order must be placed before 1pm Central Standard Time to insure that your item goes out that day; otherwise it will leave the following day.
• Most of our orders ship within 1 business day. 99% of our order ship within 2 business days. Occasionally, specific orders will require additional processing time and may be delayed further.

International Orders

• For International customers, we only accept PayPal as the payment option.
• Any brokerage, customs, and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
• If you are located outside of the continental 48 United States, please email us in advance to see if the specific item ships to your location. These orders are generally shipped within 3-8 days after payment is received. Please be patient as they are often subject to additional inspection upon delivery.
• International Buyers Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine.

• For International Orders, a phone number is required for the customs documents. Failure to provide one will result in delays. No Invoices are sent with our shipments, if you need an invoice we can email one.

Return Policy

Please read the below policy as it will be strictly enforced in order for us to continue running a successful business and continue to bring you savings on all electronics.

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent if it doesn’t Mach the listing description.
• Returns are accepted for 30 days for an even exchange.
• You must request RMA # for a return or it will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns take 10 business days to inspect, process, restock, and issue the replacement
• ALL International sales are final and the above does not apply.
• ALL sales final NO REFUNDS.
• items may be exchange for merchandise or store with 14 days
• 1 (one) year warranty with the manufacturer

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
• Roxette electronics will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase.
• No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
• Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc.).
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Roxette Electronics. Roxette electronics will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
• All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please check the FAQ section below for more information on how to obtain an RMA.
• We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
• Roxette Electronics strives to maintain a goal of 72 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens.
• Subwoofer Warranty: Our warranty does not cover subwoofers if it has blown voice coils, crossover or if the speakers have been punctured. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty, or the manufactures warranty.
• Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
• All International Sales are final, the return/exchange policy does not apply to International orders
• The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than Roxette Electronics
