International Buyers please note that we use the Ebay global shipping program exclusively. We do not have access to give you accurate quotes on shipping, we can give you rough estimates but this is something that only you will be able to find out during the checkout process.

-= REFUNDS AND RETURNS =- - If an item arrives defective you must email me within the warranty period and we will attempt to troubleshoot. If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). We can either, refund, repair or replace/exchange the device for you.
- Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts. My technicians are experienced and will detect any attempts that the item was misused, opened or tampered with. If this is the case, I will count it as fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.

-= WARRANTY =-
- A 30 day limited warranty is included with our items. This period starts from the auction sale date. If any hardware related issue occurs within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item for you.
- This limited warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage, abuse or misuse caused by buyer. Also does not extend to accidents caused by buyer’s hardware or software modifications or repairs. Unless otherwise approved, only the seller is allowed to attempt any repairs or modifications.
- Please be aware consumables such as batteries have a limited life span. These may not function as a new battery would.
- Software related issues are not covered under our limited warranty.

-= SHIPPING =-
We ship Monday through Friday, any orders that are submitted by 2pm will be shipped same day. Our final shipments for the week are processed at 2PM PST on Fridays. Any items Purchased after our 2PM cut off will be shipped the next business day.

- All items include tracking
- Small items are shipped USPS
- Larger Items are shipped FedEx Ground
- PayPal Payments will be shipped ONLY to a confirmed address
- All International addresses are shipped using the ebay global shipping program.
- International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates Require Additional Charges - Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are not responsible if customer unable to accept package from the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible if items becomes missing after being delivered to provided address. Any Item Over $50.00 Will Require Signature On Delivery
- Local pickup is available during our normal business hours, please contact us so we can have your merchandise ready for pickup before you arrive
