Payment:

Payment is expected within 3 days. Our account is set to automatically open a non-payment case if not paid. Please do not purchase or make offer, if payment cannot be made within this 3-day period or arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

Many of our items are acquired from estates. For this reason, we often do not know the items history and seldom have multiples of the same item or sizes. If history is known or we have been able to research item, we will state so.

Packaging: Boxes, both corrugated and non-corrugated. Where possible, as they weigh less, we use Poly mailer envelopes to help in reducing shipping costs. The Poly mailers also offer puncture and water resistance.
Shipping Costs: We do not add costs for packing supplies or handling, those costs are part of our doing business. Please note that we DO NOT control what the carriers/Ebay charge or how long delivery takes. We only enter the weight and dimensions of the packaged item or items; it is and the carrier/Ebay who determines the charge, this is their charge, not ours.
Disclosure
We do not presume ourselves to be experts and knowledgeable in all things or about all items and request that you do not presume that we are. For this reason, we make every effort to inspect and describe our items to the best of our ability and knowledge for you the buyer to make as informed a decision as possible. If you have any questions regarding our listings or auctions, please inquire prior to making a bid or purchase. Most of our items are Vintage or preowned and not perfect or new. If new, we will state so. We will also state condition to the best of our ability, however, this is a subjective process and opinions of condition can vary. Thus, we advise that the buyer inspects the listed pictures and ask all questions prior to purchase or bidding.

Shipping Policies & Insurance:
Insurance is the choice of the buyer. If Buyer purchases insurance and signature confirmation, Seller will assist in the filing of claim for reimbursement. Experience has shown that if item is not received but carrier shows having been delivered, even if insured, carrier will not pay if there is no signature confirmation. Purchase of item constitutes buyers agreement to this policy.

Packaging:
We do our best to package your item safely for its trip. We use several types of boxes, from standard shipping boxes to recycling boxes from purchased items that are purchased every day at local grocery stores. This helps to keep costs down.
Where possible and safe for the item, we use poly bags as they are light weight, strong and moister resistant as well as a possible savings when it comes to shipping costs.

Return Policy:

If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must email us within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns require our approval and return authorization and must be returned to us before we can issue your refund.
If you changed your mind and do not want your item, we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form” through eBay. Colors: Pictures and our description represent the colors of the item as best as possible, however, color can be different from one camera to another as well as display devices. Color can also be seen differently from one person to another. Therefore, by purchasing this item, the buyer is agreeing that if returned due to color variance from pictures in listing and description, that this is not a misrepresentation by seller and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer as well as original shipping if paid by buyer.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to the buyer.

Return Authorization: All returns require a proper return authorization. Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item is listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the 30 day return policy period.
