We aim to get your order to you as FAST AS POSSIBLE!

All orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours or sometimes the very same day of receiving your cleared payment. If paying by cheque or e-Cheque we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared.

We offer various shipping services:

Royal Mail First Class - Delivered 1-3 Working Days Target by Royal Mail from dispatch*

Royal Mail Second Class - Delivered 3-5 Working Days Target by Royal Mail from dispatch*

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - Delivered 1 Working Day

*Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have elapsed since the item was due to be delivered. In the event of a Failed Delivery / Lost Item case, you will need to file a P58 declaration with Royal Mail.

Courier Service: - Various lead times depending on product chosen.

Please also note working days do not include WEEKENDS and BANK HOLIDAYS

e-Cheque - Please allow time for your cheque to clear. Please note we are unable to process cheques, credit cards or postal orders.

RETURNS:

Our aim is to maintain 100% Customer satisfaction. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P or delivery charge) upon receipt of the returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.

If the product returned is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% from the original purchase price paid. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged and replacement is not available.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods.
