Shipping:

Items are shipped within 1 business day after cleared payment.  If you need the item sooner, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate.

International Shipping:

Typically, shipping times are 7-14 days but can be as long as 6 weeks.

Import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to purchasing.

We cannot declare a value lower than what is paid on customs forms. 

Payment:

We only accept PayPal.  Items are processed and shipped only after your payment has cleared.

Payments are due within 5 days after auction end.  If payment is not received, an unpaid item case will be opened and the item will be relisted.

We only ship to Paypal verified addresses.  Please make sure your address is correct at time of checkout.

Ohio residents pay 5.75% sales tax.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be returned as they were received.

If you receive an item that you feel is significantly not as described, we will gladly take the item back and issue a full refund with paid return shipping.
