All of our units are tested and confirmed working. Our units are used but generally are in very good condition. We have a certain rule when it comes to the aesthetic condition of our units: if we would not install a unit in our own personal car, we would not be selling it. Any used items that do have imperfections will be described as well as shown in our detailed pictures. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

For all of our units that require a security code: codes will be retrieved free of charge once you receive the unit and contact us. We do not include the security code in the package with the unit. This is our extra safety measure. Please contact us once you received the unit that needs a code and we will have our tech retrieve it. You may be asked for the serial number of the unit for confirmation. Thank you for your patience!

Radio to navigation retrofits: if you do not have navigation in your car currently and would like to upgrade – it may be possible. Some units cannot be retrofitted into a car that had no navigation previously but some can. Please make sure that a retrofit can be done on your specific application before purchasing. If you are not sure, please reach out to us and we will do our best to see what can be done.

Domestic Buyers: We ship to all states and territories of the United States of America. Price of shipping is usually free unless stated otherwise in the auction.

International Buyers: Please contact us as we can get you a good quote for international shipping. We work closely with our international buyers and make sure all information is worked out before shipping. If buying through the eBay Global Shipping Program – that is all through eBay and not us – we only ship the unit to their sorting facility in the States. Thank you

Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup, only for freight items. Thank you.

We accept PayPal only at this time – as it protects you as a buyer and us as a seller. We will go ahead and ship the unit within one business day of receiving the funds. In some cases, we ship the unit in the same business day!

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service or our product upon receiving it. Please reach out to us before opening a return request or leaving feedback. We will go above and beyond to make sure that we fix the problem. Our customers come first. Thank you.

We try to offer an exchange for our returns or a full refund. If we cannot supply an exchange for the return upon the return’s arrival – we will process a full refund. Please contact us if something does not go as planned; we will help you out as soon as possible.

We do have a return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to contact us about any returns. We mark our items and check for our item’s authenticity upon its arrival. Once our item is confirmed that it is ours and in the same condition as it left our warehouse, we will process a refund. We sell quality items that are originally manufactured (OEM) and we are sure you will be satisfied. IMPORTANT NOTE: All of our electronic parts have our special void labels; these have to be present when returned as well as not tampered with. These will be identified during our authentication process.
