*Most of our items are shipped with USPS First Class mail. We ship out items within 1 business day of receiving your payment. You may expect your order to be delivered between 2 to 14 business days after placing the order. (Please note, we do not have control over USPS shipping delays due to holiday schedules, weather conditions, re-routing, etc.)

*FREE SHIP or DISCOUNTED RATE ONLY APPLIES WITHIN 48 STATES of USA. Most of our items sold to international buyers are shipped through ebay's global shipping program. We do not control the shipping rates for international buyers. You may contact ebay for any discrepancies/claims for international shipping charges. *Shipping and handling fees do not include just the cost of the shipment. There are additional costs such as packing materials and the labor fee required for shipping the items. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or item is defective. BUYER is responsible for all return shipping fees.

*Due to our offering free shipping on many of our products, we do not cover return shipping in most cases.

*If we made a mistake or you received a defective product please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US customers.

*If you are an international buyer, we do not cover return postage unless a copy of the receipt is provided and the product is inspected and found to be defective. We do not cover international return postage for incorrect items unless pictures are provided before the return to confirm the incorrect item was sent.

*No refunds will be granted for buyer's remorse or if customer receives the correct item but do not like it .

*All defective items will be inspected. If the item is found to be non-defective as described by customer, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the item. Defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item.

*In a case when return is requested, we require the buyer to follow standard RMA procedures by obtaining a RMA number before sending the product back to us. Returning an item without following proper procedures will delay the claim process, and we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return packages. In some occasions we may request images as supporting documents for damage/ defective claims to help us determine the best and most effective resolution towards the problem.

*All returned items must be in the same condition as received with no missing parts and must include original packaging or returns will not be accepted.
