Return policy:
1. All return requests require calling our Customer Service Department 773 666 3099, for return autorization.
2. Returns for a full refund of payment including the return shipping charge, will only be accepted if the item received is different than what was described in our listing.
3. If the Item is as described but You want to return it because You changed Your mind or You purchased wrong size/model or simply you don't want the Item anymore, You can still return it to us as long as the Item is in factory new condition, meaning it is still intact in untampered original factory packaging, You need to still call us first for return authorization, no later then 14 days after delivery, You need to pay for return shipping charge and original shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.
4. Items opened, altered in any way or used by buyer can not be returned. No exceptions! No manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated in the Item description.
