To tell if the charm is real, study the picture. Look for the quality does it look cheap? or too bright silver (Pandora has tons of oxidized charms)? Also look for the words ‘plated’ ‘silver plated’ ‘gold plated.’ All Pandora items are sterling silver 925 and 14K gold 585, and always hallmarked. Due to new international standards you may see a S before the 925 for silver. Pandora is also marked ALE for Algot Enevoldsen, Per Enevoldsen’s father.

However having the hallmarks of Pandora, ALE, and 925/585 does not mean it’s Pandora.

The brand Swarovski is partnered with Chamilia, another type of charm bracelet. Also PANDORA and Chamilia has the rights to Disney charms. Pandora also have a Disney collection

If you plan on purchasing from eBay, there are tons of fakes about! Look at the person’s feedback, what do they typical sell? Are people happy with their purchases? Is the seller using the same description for all their items? Is the picture hard to see, since it’s blurry? Are the hallmarks shown? If in any doubt, contact the seller and ask questions to see how they respond.

Once you get into Pandora, you will start to remember patterns and can easily spot fakes.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

I send all my items 2nd class recorded or 1st if to heavy for 2nd class for both mine an your piece of mind.

If it is to expensive to post 1st class recorded cause of the weight, I send using My Hermes to keep costs low.

If buying more than 1 item from me please send a request for a combined invoice before paying and I will charge the cheapest amount I possibly can.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Royal mail doesn't class an item lost till after 15 days, if you haven't received your item from me in this time please get intouch, and I will do everything I can to help.

If items get damaged in transit please provide a photo of proof of damage so I can put in a claim with the delivery company, they won't provide compensation without proof.
