I was able to slide the band to one end and remove the tractor. Once the stale batteries were replaced the lights, horn and engine sounds worked great. You will need 4 double "A" batteries for the cab. The graphic sticker on the trailer is starting to yellow a little bit and there is a scratch or two on the cab. The box looks great and has held up well.

Damaged items:

If an item arrives damaged, please email a picture of the damage.  In most cases, a full refund will be given and no further action is needed.  In some cases, a partial refund or a return will then be discussed.  A damaged item should NEVER be returned at our expense without first contacting us to discuss.

Returns:

Buyer pays return shipping.   A refund of the cost of the item will be promptly made upon the return of the item in the same condition that it was sent.  Insurance is strongly recommended to protect yourself especially if you are not an experienced packer.
