We accept returns for unworn goods returned in original packaging, with all tags attached
Returns must be notified and returned within 14 days of receipt
Please send a cover note of why you are returning item (with item) along with your name and address.
Once received item refund will be issued directly into the PayPal account
Please note postage charges are not refundable
We are happy to exchange the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is unworn, with all tags attached.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your peace of mind, we recommend that you use Royal Mail registrated post.

After payment your item(s) will be sent out within 2 working days and sent out via royal mail 2nd class if you are in the UK you will receive your item with 3-5 working days and if you are outside the uk 5-10 working days
Our Prefered method of payment is Paypal Please pay for your orders within 4 days. We will keep orders open for a total of 8 days but, If you haven't completed payment within 4, We will open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI). You will then have a further 4 days to pay, at the end of which, we will cancel the sale and restock the item.
