Shipping
Shipping Policy
Our warehouse is located in Cardiff and we use economy services of Royal Mail for posting small items. We also use couriers for larger packages, or if you have selected 24 hour delivery during checkout.
We will ship all orders received before 2pm on the same day between Monday to Friday. Please provide your phone number for the couriers. We will ship to your address specified on the checkout, please ensure correct shipping address is selected on your payment, as we are unable to change shipping address afterwards.
Delivery Time
Most of our customers receive their orders within couple of days, please note we rely on economy services where the service is not guaranteed to arrive within this time, unless you select premium next day service.
Collection
If you are in a rush to complete your project, you are welcome to collect your order. Our warehouse is located behind starbucks on Newport road, Cardiff, CF23 9AE, all collections must be agreed prior as payment needs to be bank transfer or cash.
