No claims of provenance are made. Condition is as described mechanically or as shown in the photograph gallery. If it is not described or shown then it is your responsibility to ask using the contact us form. 

The external condition of the items are as shown in the photographs. No complaints or requests for refunds will be entertained for condition of product after receipt.

ALL LOCOMOTIVES WILL REQUIRE SERVICING BEFORE USE ON YOUR LAYOUT. These are Vintage models and can be up to 50 years old. They will need attention to run properly. 

If the items do not run (in the case of locos) and they were advertised as "not tested" please return in the original packing with 7 days of receipt. Most often the  models  merely require oiling and small service. This will be invoiced at $75.00 plus return postage to customer. It is often worth contacting your local Rail club or model shop before returning your purchase. 

Full refund will be paid including original outward postage where the goods are not of advertised standard or quality.
Finance/transaction/currency exchange charges will not be refunded to international buyers.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST ELECTRICAL MODELS SOLD ON THIS SITE WORK ON 12V DC. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED where different standards of power supply have been used
