Please contact us ASAP if there are any problems with the clock. We will need to see photos of the clock if it has been damaged in transit.

Custom made clocks are available at an extra cost. Please send a picture, drawing or sketch via email, which is in the contact details section. You will be given a price. Special orders generally take up to 3/4 weeks to process once the final design has been approved by you.

Delivery

POSTAGE DISCOUNTS are available if more than one item is purchased. Please contact us before payment. We can combine shipping on multiple purchases on ONE INVOICE. When items will be paid separately, postage discount can not be available. Please remember that the postage cost includes packing.

Return

It is possible to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return costs are charged to the purchaser unless the fault is on our side. We will only accept returns witch are Brand New still in original packaging. Items witch are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempled and returned in a reasonable condition ,brand new still in original packaging.
