Payment Method: We only accept Paypal. And it is important that you go through our Channeladvisor checkout page (it will record your shipping address and transfer to our order system automatically) before making your payment at the official Paypal website. For uninsured item, the oringal shipping fee, handling fee and insurance charge are non-refundable. Buyers are required to bear the return shipping fee and send it back in its original condition within 7 days after item received.

For insured item, you'll get full refund for the reason of LOST or DAMAGE and the return shipping fee will be paid by the seller.

Buyers are required to take photos on the damaged item and send the item back within 7 days after item received.

Return must be shipped via registered air mail to ensure safety.
