Payment: We accept Pay Pal
Shipping Charges USA: We charge by weight per order on eBay (USA only). This allows you to purchase from our wide selection of items. We stock thousands of items.
Shipping Times: East Shore Bait and Tackle ships Monday thru Friday. Most items purchased during the business day ships within 24 hours. Friday is our last shipping day of the week. All carriers come to our warehouse between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:30 pm. Some orders placed on Friday will not get out until Monday.
We do not ship on: Saturday or Sunday, and Holidays.
Tracking information is provided for all orders. Please note that we are responsible for shipping the items. We can-not control transit times.
Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We can-not cancel or change orders once shipped. If you e-mail us to change an order we may not be able to accommodate your requested changes.
International Shipments: All international shipments ship USPS First Class Mail (unless your parcel weighs more than 4 lbs in which case it will ship via USPS Priority Mail) Our shipping charges for international customers is based on the weight and volume of your parcel. The best way to place an international order is to follow the guidelines below:
1. Purchase all the items you want from East Shore Bait and Tackle, but DO NOT PAY for the order.
2. We will send you an Ebay invoice with the shipping charges included in the invoice.
3. If the shipping charges meet your approval you can pay for your items.
Please note the following for international shipping:
1. Customs duties: Any taxes or customs collections is the responsibility of the customer.
2. We can-not misrepresent your customs form. We will not change the purchase amount or say your parcel is a gift.
3. International sales should be considered final. You can return the items at your expense.
4. What if my parcel is lost or damaged? Your parcel is insured when it leaves our warehouse. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 days. We will refund this item. A lost parcel will be refunded after 60 days (International parcels can take up to 60 days to arrive. This is due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs hold ups.)
5. Claim of lost items (international only): If after 60 days you have not received your parcel, it can be claimed as lost. Our insurance company will send you an affidavit via e-mail. This is a simple form. After this form has been filed we will refund you the items or we can make arrangements to reship the items to you.
Returns:
East Shore Bait and Tackle accepts returns for a period of 30 days (USA). All returns must be:
1. Authorized. Please contact us before returning an item. It's a lot easier and quicker processing if we know the item is coming back.
2. All returns must be un-used, tags still on items, all parts must be present. The item must be in new condition and sellable.
3. Buyer pays return shipping to our warehouse.
4. What if we sent you the wrong item or your item was damaged in transit? Do not worry. If we made a mistake or your parcel was damaged we will cover the return shipping costs and the cost to re-ship the correct/replacement item.
5. Please note: Items damaged through use or with missing parts fall under your manufacturer's warranty. East Shore Bait and Tackle is not responsible for manufacturer warranties. However, because we buy direct from the leading manufacturers, we can offer assistance to our valued customers when a warranty issue arises
