Vtg Czech Art Glass Etched Art Deco Black on Crystal Decanter. It is about 8 1/2" tall 4 1/2 Wide x 3 1/2" deep. This was a wedding gift in the 60's from a family friend who was a world traveler and collector. I believe this is a  Karl Palda piece.
All original ,the stopper fits perfectly.
