Delivery Information

All Kular Fashion orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed. We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange delivery. 

In the event of any orders being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

For international orders please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges including VAT. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

Returns

All items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all tags, labels and packaging.The returns tag (where present) MUST be attached. All items must be in a re-saleable condition. No evidence of make up, fragrance or deodorant marks or smells. With boxed items eg. footwear or gift sets, the box must be protectively packaged as it is considered part of the item.

Items that are received that fail to meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer and no exchange/refund will take place.
