Description
These lights are designed for the specific demand of road lighting Cobra head type. It can fully meet the specific requirements of roads and meant to replaces 250W~400W traditional lights. Each one of them using 40 LEDs and consume less than 60W power. No UV interference, unique patented thermal-dissipation heat sink, second optical structure and adjustable irradiation angle design. It has much longer life than incandescent, HPS, or metal Halide. Solid State LED, constant current circuit, and universal voltage design for 85V~277V allow the maximum flexibility. Highest shock & vibration resistance make it most suitable for the factory environments. Mercury free, up to 70%+ saving in energy than that of traditional lights consumption, no noise, no flickering. The products are in accordance with CE, RoHS, UL, and FCC testing standards. The Beam Pattern is rectangular (rectangle) shape and has a very good illumination uniformity. The brightness difference is very little between the lighting center area and the peripheral area. There is almost no difference in the direction of extending the road completely with the continuous extension of the road, it is the ideal lighting lamps for road lighting.
Light Distribution Curve
The bat-wing beam pattern of the distribution curve, can be changed by a different section’s demand. It can be rationally control the distribution to be a rectangular beam pattern. When the installation heights are12 meters the beam pattern is 40x16m rectangular, and the radiation-efficiency is more than 70% in the effective region. The total transparence is more than 90%, it is the greatest extent to reduce the loss of light, therefore the LED light has been fully utilized. The illumination uniformity is excellent in the effective radiation region. It is even better than 0.5, higher than the highest grades of 0.4 of the state road’s standards. The edge of the beam pattern is very clear and slide down smoothly. There is no adverse glare out of the effective radiation region, it will not cause any light pollution. This is an idea cut-lighting lamp. It will satisfy most requirements of road lighting or other special lighting, this light can be widely used in the special requirements such as street lighting, advertising lighting, factory lighting etc
