Which payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. We do also accept cheques, but please message to let us know if you intend to pay this way.
How long after purchasing is payment required?
We request you do not commit to buying an item unless you intend on paying for the item within 24 hours, so that we can dispatch your item quickly. If a bought item is not paid for within 3 days an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay automatically.
I purchased an item that I no longer require, can I get a refund?
If an item has not been dispatched we will offer a full refund. If the item has been dispatched, we will ask you to return the item in its original condition. Upon return we will refund the full cost of the item excluding the cost of the initial postage.
Do you offer combined postage?
Yes. Most of our auctions already include combined postage prices for multiples of a single item. If you buy items from different listings please ‘REQUEST THE TOTAL FROM SELLER’ or contact us for more information prior to payment.
I would like to upgrade or alter my postage, can I do this?
Yes, if you let us know immediately after payment. We do however charge a £1 administration fee to cover paypal costs and time, further to the extra postage cost.
How will my item be packaged for postage?
All items are sent in an appropriately sized envelope.
Do you offer tracked, special or 24 hour guaranteed delivery?
Yes, we will be more than happy to help. Please contact us directly prior to purchase so that we can quote you a price.
When will my item be dispatched after payment?
All items will be sent next day if ordered before 8pm. Please note that approximate delivery times generated by eBay are often faster than Royal Mail estimated delivery times. Therefore, we advise buyers to purchase within good time of their party and if purchased within the preceding week to choose at least 1st class postage since we cannot be put a fault due to Royal Mail delays.
I have not received my item or it arrived late?
Unfortunately from time to time items will get lost in the post. In the event of this happening please do not leave negative or neutral feedback as we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail being negligent. If you get in contact with us we will be more than happy to help resolve any issues fairly.
Do you offer Refunds or can you exchange items?
Customer satisfaction is very important to our business, therefore if you have any problems with delivery or if the item is not as described, please contact us before leaving feedback, as this allows ourselves the opportunity to resolve any issues.
We do offer refunds if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition as sent. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity should you wish to do this. Please note that if you are requesting a refund for a non faulty item, we will only refund the cost of the item and not our postage costs.
