Used Ansur Chic Treeless Saddle.  Junior Petite Size.  The owner gave me the serial number for the saddle as CPJ408.  I am not sure where it is located on the saddle.  The flap is 16.5" when measured from the bottom of the stirrup bar to the bottom edge of the flap.    I called the Ansur company and they were super helpful.  I gave them the serial number and they said that it was manufactured and sold in December 2001.  And that the "Junior petite size" is equal to a 16" saddle.  They have since switched their sizing system to this traditional measurement.
