When new brackets have been manufactured you will be offered the opportunity to purchase them for £170 pair. Expected lead time is six weeks. These bolts fit the following mounting kit:
A pair of mounting brackets with high tensile
bolts to secure your hardtop roof to your Mk1TT
1x Mounting Support, Left, Rear (replaces part number 8N7 817 187)
1x Mounting Support, Right, Rear (replaces part number 8N7 817 188)
4x Black High Tensile Steel Fixing Bolts (per above)
These precision side mounting supports are manufactured in the UK from carbon steel and, using the high tensile bolts supplied, bolt to your roadster’s roof hinge plates to accept the side securing posts fitted to your TT’s hardtop roof. They replace the discontinued and now difficult to source Audi part numbers listed above
