As always, I have listed the bike as used although it is constructed of all new components.I list them as used because I always run each bike for at least 100 miles to burn in the electronics and make sure everything is working properly. This is the tenth Mongoose Malus I've converted. This bike is perfect for making an eBike. The frame is nice and sturdy and the front and rear disc brakes are great! (mandatory in my opinion). The Fat Tires make for a cushy ride and handle loose sand and gravel very well, And it's a pretty bike to boot! This one has the front basket. The basket is handy for carrying small items and it hides the battery pack. All of the previous bikes I've done had the battery pack mounted in the frame triangle. This is more stealthy, and people hardly notice it's electric until you pass them up a hill! All of the electrics and electronics are quality Chinese imports. The battery is a 13S6P ICR18650 Li Ion pack. The cells are tested at least 2700 mAh each and the pack delivers a solid 16.2 Ah. The battery has an integral battery management system (BMS) that assures balanced charging and safe discharging. The pack is good for a reliable 20 miles with me (175 lb) on average terrain here in North Carolina. That is with very little pedaling, mostly just some help on the big hills. That's pretty good for a single charge on a bike this big! And I don't do much pedaling! Battery life varies for everyone  but so far everyone has been happy with the endurance.  I have also included a photo of my speedometer after a ride. It shows it went 26+ miles and averaged about 14 MPH. That ride was with very little pedaling and just watching the speed to keep it reasonable. The bike includes a pedal assist sensor and will stay ahead of your efforts except on the steepest hills. The pedal assist has three modes. Mode 1=20MPH, mode 2=25MPH and mode3=about 30MPH on level ground and fully charged. The seat is a Schwinn product that is nice and cushioned and large enough to be comfortable on long rides. The price includes an advanced Li Ion charger and manuals. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Thanks for looking.

Please note* If you're comparing ebikes, be sure and consider the battery capacity. The battery pack is the single most expensive component on the bike and is also the main determining factor on your distance per charge. I like having the capacity to confidently go some distance and not worry about running out of juice!
