By 1964 Oldsmobile was manufacturing cars with personal luxury in mind to appeal to a growing demographic of adults that demanded high quality transportation and the Starfire fit that niche like a glove. As you look at this dream boat from bumper to bumper it is hard to not be impressed with the size and elegance but at the same time if it very easy to drive and maneuver down the road. The rocker panels are covered with a beautiful stainless steel trim with black inserts that really give this car a luxurious look while accenting those classy lines.
In addition to the ample amount of chrome and bright work this beauty also has small fins accentuating the front and rear fenders and those super sharp turbine wheel covers really give this Provencial white beauty a clean and sleek look. The contrasting medium green interior has been restored nicely and those bucket seats are very firm and comfortable even on long drives. That large plastic steering wheel feels great and moves effortlessly thanks to the power steering that allows parking this classic a breeze. In addition this Olds has power brakes power windows and a very smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission. A great deal of work has been done to this beauty to make it very roadworthy including a complete rebuild of the 394 Cubic Inch V8 as well as a complete rebuild of the automatic transmission, new windshield rubber, rebuilt carburetor, new U-Joints, axle bearings, brake lines, master cylinder, power steering hoses and a new front speaker.

 How to Purchase:

The easiest way to purchase a vehicle is to give us a call at 708-444-4488 or email chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com.

-Bid or send a Best Offer with confidence - call, text, or email with any questions before bidding.  We want you to know exactly what you're looking at.  Just ask us for more pictures or a custom tailored video.

-$1000 deposit needed within 24 hours of offer being accepted.

-A deposit is a commitment to puchase and is non-refundable, it is applied to the purchase amount.

-Payment methods:  ACH, wire transfer, cashier's check, credit card (3% fee), personal check (10 business days to clear), and of course - cash.  PayPal not accepted. 

-Signed purchase contracts, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.

-Our hours are 9-5pm EST, Monday through Saturday.

-Taxes are subject to location of vehcile and buyer's place of residency.  Buyer is responsible for taxes paid.
