The 1 YEAR WARRANTY is included in the purchase. The warranty covers everything except for the battery, normal wear, accidental damage by customers or software issues. Software issues are usually caused from virus and/or spyware infections. We can assure you that this unit has been fully tested and it performs perfectly.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

1 YEAR Warranty for defective parts that need replacement or repairs. It covers everything EXCEPT the battery, normal wear, accidental damage, software issues and issues arising from services not authorized by ECT DATA. Your refurbished machine will come with its original lithium battery that has a limited life that is not guaranteed. To extend the battery life, we RECOMMEND that you purchase a new 6 or 9 cell battery to achieve portable use of more than 1 hour.

RETURN POLICY

30 days return policy. Returned items MUST have all original items returned in the condition they were received. Damaged items will void the warranty. Original shipping usually not refundable unless the item was reported different from the description and / or damaged in the shipping process. The activation of software is not a warranty issue or valid reason to return your laptop. Please call our trained IT consultants for technical support. If you return an item for any other reason, including changing your mind about a purchase, Shipping charges and 20% restocking fee applies.
