Please be aware that these items are vintage and antique items so some may have some fine hairline crackles in the paint / glaze / Porcelain etc. and sometimes marks and stains that cannot be removed. This is not in all items, but due to the items in which we sell, as you can understand some are very old, so it's easier for me to mention this as standard in each of my listings to protect me against all of my sales. Please feel free to message me prior to purchase against each item if you wish to do so and I will do my best to describe the item to you in the exact detail with further images if you wish.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if you are unhappy for any reason with an item you have received from us, you may return it within 14 days from when the item was shipped. Buyer pays return postage, as free postage is offered at the time of sale.
Payment must be received within 2 business days, otherwise the purchase will be cancelled and the item shall be relisted for sale.
We will endeavor to ship within the next working day within receipt of payment, please note items which are purchased on Fridays and Saturdays would normally not be posted until the following Monday, however we shall do our best to post on a Saturday morning if feasible.
Free postage is only available to the United Kingdom, and international purchases will be shipped and charged via the eBay international shipping programme system.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
