About Us

A Little Present is a company which specialises in handcrafted products such as leather journals, masks, office ware, metal sculptures, mosaic decorations, ceramic tableware and decoration and canvases. We have been involved in designing, producing and trading our unique products for over 8 years.

A Little Present has stores around London including Camden Town, Covent Garden Jubilee Market and Windsor where we trade our unique handcrafted products.

We have a diverse range of products which are produced by artists from all over the world. A little Present not only supports local businesses in England but also gives opportunities to small family businesses.

A Little Present prides itself in using the best materials for each item it produces and also uses recycled material for products when possible. All our metal sculpture lines and metal wine holders are produced using recycled metal.

Our unique hand crafted leather products are mainly made out of sheep and calf skin which is of the highest quality. We pride ourselves in making sure the animals slaughtered are done so by obeying state laws which protect animals from cruelty.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and supply our customers with the best quality products which meet the images and specifications on our product pages. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or the product we have supplied and you feel the need to leave a negative or neutral feedback comment, or a low star rating please contact us first to give us a chance to resolve any issues you may have. We are always here to help.

Returns

ALittlePresent.co.uk will issue a refund on all damaged or unwanted products within 14 working days of the products sale date should the item not be used or damaged by our customers themselves.

We will issue a refund should our customers be eligible, within 5 working days of receiving the damaged or unwanted product. Damaged products are refunded in full and return postage is covered by ALittlePresent.co.uk.

Unwanted products are refunded excluding the postal charges and ALittlePresent.co.uk will not cover the cost of returning the item.

If your item is damaged or a wrong item is sent and you live in the UK, our customers are asked to send the parcel back to our address on

We will then issue our customer a refund on the postal charge paid on receiving an e-mail of the receipt of charges paid for postal services.

If you live outside the UK, ALittlePresent.co.uk will organise a pickup via DHL with our customer and ALittlePresent.co.uk will cover the costs of returning the goods. Please do not forget to write on your parcel your Name, contact details, transaction or order number and state if the product is “unwanted” or “damaged” to reolve any confusion.

Shipment

A Little Present uses Royal Mail for UK standard deliveries whereas all UK special deliveries and all international parcels are sent via DHL Courier Service

All our products accept for canvases take a maximum of two (2) working days to dispatch. Canvas Wall Art takes up to 3 working days to dispatch. All Special deliveries within the UK takes 1 working day after dispatch to arrive at buyers address.

Standard delivery within the UK takes between 3-4 working days after dispatch to arrive at the buyers address. Our International packets delivery date vary from country to country but typically European countries take up to 2-4 working days after dispatch to arrive at buyers address whereas all other continents take up to 2-5 working days to arrive at its destination.
