This is a brand new Guess bracelet in gold-tone metal finish in single bracelet design that looks like two bracelets. The bracelet has drawstring adjustments for a secure fit. The bracelet has a double nameplate style with one name plate having a gold glitter insert and the second nameplate engraved with the Guess logo in black enamel letters. The large gold bead at the back from where the adjustable pull strings are located is also engraved with the Guess logo. The bracelet is Guess style number 255932-21. I also have this bracelet listed in silver-tone metal finish with black glitter insert. The bracelet is brand new with the Guess tag attached. The item's style number, UPC code and other information is on the back of this tag as well.  The bracelet is brand new, has never been worn and has the tag attached. It is nickel and lead free. Please note that Guess items are actually 4 divisions of the GUESS? Inc., Company. These divisions are Guess?, which is probably the most well known of the Guess divisions. GUESS?, has a beautiful line of handbags as well as clothing, shoes, jewelry, watches and other accessories for both men & women. The GbyGuess line is geared more towards teenagers and college students, although this is my favorite. GbyGuess has clothing, shoes, jewelry, wallets for both men and women as well as a line of handbags in all styles. Guess by Marciano, is the high-end designers line for women. Guess by Marciano has beautiful high-end handbags, wallets, clothing and jewelry for women. Guess by Marciano does not carry any men's items. eBay Condition Codes:

Note: eBay has started a new policy for sellers to have condition codes on each item that we list. There are four codes possible. The New with Tags condition code means that the item can have either or all or some of the following, tags attached, box included or original packaging. Please do not get this confused and think that every item is going have all those with the item. I always state in my listings whether an item has a box or comes in special packaging. I also state that the item has the tags, stickers, etc., attached as well.  There is New without Tags that means that the item is new but does not have the brand’s tag attached to the item. It is usually because the item came in from the company without the tag attached. Sometimes the tag will be included with the item. The descriptions will state whether or not the item has the tag included and if there is any additional information about the item. The third code is New with Defects. This would be if the item is brand new but has a flaw or defect such as a scratch or a missing stone. I usually will have a close up of the defect or area with a detailed description on what the defect is. All my guarantee and money back polices apply for these items as they do for all of my brand new with tags items. The last category is for Pre-Owned. This is for items that are used and do not have the tags attached. The only time that I will have a listing in this category is if an item has been purchased and returned for any reason. I will not re-sell a used item unless it is a returned item. The majority of my items are new with tags and new without tags.

Combined shipping cost & information:

I am sorry for the shipping rate increases for all my customers. The US Postal Service implemented these changes in Jan. 2013 for international shipments and in Jan 2014 for US shipments. I only charge what it costs me to ship. Some items weigh more than others so I have to increase some items shipping because of this. I will refund any over payment of shipping costs back to your pay pal account.

Shipping Information:

Please note: The shipping costs that you pay does not include any import or customs fees that your country may incur. I have no control over this and have no way of knowing if a country will charge these type fees or even how much they will charge. I do not know what determines if fees are due.

Please note that I do not have any control over international custom fees or tariffs that may be imposed on packages shipped outside the USA. I have no way of knowing whether a country will incur these fees or charges. These are not shipping costs. I have no way to determine if a package will be held for custom fees/tariffs or not. I do not know why or how they determine this. I wish I could know and let my customers know. I have contacted several of the countries that I ship to and they tell me that the decision is solely at the discretion of the receiving country's post. I’ve shipped orders with a value of over $250.00 USD that haven’t been held for custom fees/tariffs when other packages less than $20.00 USD have been held. Some countries have never charged my customers these fees and others are getting worse. If you have any questions on this, please contact your local post office.

I do combine shipping on two or more items purchased. For combined shipping on 2 or more items, it is full shipping price for the first or largest item. For each additional item purchased, the shipping cost is $1.00 (or less) for each item purchased after the first or heaviest item. The shipping on the first or largest of the items is charged full price and then each additional item is charged $1.00 or less, shipping cost per additional item purchased. If the amount of shipping charged is more than the flat rate of shipping then that method will be used for shipping and any difference will be refunded back to the customer’s pay pal account.

Additional handbags, wallets, sunglasses & other larger items are a bit more due to size & weight. Boxed jewelry items are a little more as the box requires a larger package and they weigh a bit more. If you want the item shipped without the box, I can reduce the shipping cost. Just let me know before you make the final payment. Most jewelry orders are shipped *USPS 1st Class Mail & *USPS 1st Class International mail because is it is the lowest possible price available. For US customers, a delivery confirmation number is available with this service. For international customers, a customs id number is available & a copy of the customs form is kept on file with your order details along the receipt from my local post office for proof of shipment. These numbers will also be in Pay Pal so you can see that your item has been accepted at my local post office & has been shipped.

For USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box for all my international customers is $23.95. This also includes tracking and insurance, with the exception of Canada. For Canada, the USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box is $19.95. This box measures approximately 8" x 5" x 1 1/2" in size. The flat rate box is the same price no matter how much it weighs, if it will all fit into the box then it ships for that price.

Insurance Options: All Priority Mail shipped packages are automatically insured at the seller’s expense. Any International order over $250.00 will be shipped using Priority Mail International & possibly Global International. Both of which have insurance automatically on the contents.  Any difference in shipping cost will be paid by me. I also insure any package over $150.00 & I will pay for this as well. Shipping exclusions:

I will no longer be shipping to Russia/Russian Federation due to the high volume of fraudulent claims being filed. I have been advised by the USPS to not ship there unless the item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, International. Since I can no longer insure any package this country, I will not be able to ship any other way. So if you live in the Russian Federation please understand that I have no other choice in this matter, I can ship using USPS Priority Mail International, which costs $23.95. I will ship order using this method to the Russian Federation.

Notice: I do not ship to the following countries unless you are in the US Military then I will ship FREE to your APO address. Please email me so I can set the purchase options up for you. The excluded countries include: Bahrain, Cyprus, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Oman, Qatar, Russia/Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, & Yemen. 

Delivery Time Frames: 

Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long it takes an order to arrive to any given state or country. For US customers, 1st Class Mail items should arrive with 3-5 days unless you are in a rural area & then it could take an extra day or so. US Priority Mail advertises as 2-3 day delivery, but this is not guaranteed, especially during a holiday season or if you live in a rural area. There have been several occasions that orders have arrived the next day.

International orders are very difficult to give a delivery time frame due to the fact that every country varies in how international packages are processed through customs. Please keep in mind that the average delivery time for most international orders is 2-3 weeks, unless there is a postal holiday, and then it can run a little longer. The USPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as business or shipping days.

The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past. After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, I will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. I do not like to ship to these countries for that reason. If you live in one of the countries, please do not take offense. I will still ship there but I want you to be aware that I have no control over a country's customs & how they process international orders. Malta, Cyprus, and Greece are the worst for taking a very long time to process through customs. Recently, Malta has gotten better at the delivery rate but most of my experiences with these countries have been a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks. On some occasions, orders have arrived in 2 weeks or less. It all comes down to the number of packages to be processed is and the customs procedure is for the receiving country.

Tariffs & Taxes:

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and customs fees/charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. I must list the items that you have purchased and their value on the customs form. I list these items at value or what the item cost me as sometimes the items can be bid way over the retail price of the item. I cannot guarantee that your country will not try to impose a tariff or tax on the order. I have no way of knowing what each country's guidelines and regulations are for items entering your country. I have spoken to different posts for different countries but I have not been able to find out any set guidelines for what items will be held for customs fees or tariffs. It is solely at the receiving post office’s discretion as to whether a package will be held for customs fees/tariffs. I do not have any way of knowing which packages will be held or how much the fees will be. Every country is different and has its own guidelines. Please contact your local post for more information. There is nothing I can do to prevent these charges or any way to know when they will be applied. I sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter.
