Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order via Paypal. If the payment is not received, the order will not process. We accept Paypal payments, the most secured way of paying for purchases here on eBay.

Shipping

We SHIP daily! Most products, if ordered before 12 PM CST, will ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Our products are shipped to countries globally. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. Please note that sometimes our products are shipped to our customers via FedEx, UPS, or even private carrier if the address given cannot be delivered by one of our preferred shippers. All shipping dates are considered in business days, excluding any Federal Holidays. All shipping prices are for continental US and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 24HourCharger will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery. If a substantially large order requires inside delivery or a residential delivery, please specify that information when placing the order. You must have a physical address as FedEx; UPS doesn't ship to P.O. boxes. Our standard shipping time will take anywhere between 3 to 4 business days when shipped inside the continental US. Purchasing expedited (priority 2 business days) or overnight (1 business day) shipping methods will get you the items faster. Please note that this time, as 24HourCharger is not responsibly for any carrier delays. Overnight Shipping will guarantee the order is received within the selected time after order is placed. For International orders, we offer USPS International Priority and/or FedEx International Economy which gets the products to our international customers in about 7-15 days from the time the order is placed. Important notice for our International Customers – Canada / Mexico. For orders shipping outside the U.S., local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by 24HourCharger during checkout; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges. We are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.

Returns

We want ALL of our customers to be nothing less then 100% satisfied. We'll go lengths to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. For that purpose, we offer full 90 day return period. If for some reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the item in the exact same condition that it was delivered to you. If the item was used, it may not be eligible for returns. However, we will accepts returns for exchange or store credits. For LCD Screens, please note that each screen comes with a seal on the clear plastic wrapper. Please inspect the screen for any cracks or scratches before opening this seal. Once the seal is broken, the item may not be returned for cracks or scratches. Please message us for more details. Rather then leaving a negative feedback, opening a case or doing a return request, please message us first in order to facilitate any returns, exchange, or refunds.
