It's heather gray felt with silver metallic handles and KS name plate and with a frosted sparkly silver metallic coating around the bottom. There's no lining; the inside is the same wool-like felt material as the outside. The inside has one zippered pocket and 2 open pockets along with one wide open pocket on the outside of the front and 2 open pockets on the back.

This bag has been well-loved but it still looks really very good. However, so there are no surprises for the buyer, please review carefully:

- Because the main material is felt (wool-like), the bag does get "pills," like you'd get on a sweater. They are very easy to snip off and they don't detract, in my opinion, but you should know nonetheless.

- The silver metallic handles show a little wear right around the arched parts where you hold onto them. You should be able to see this in one of the pictures.

-There's a slight wrinkle on the front bottom left on the sparkly part. It isn't very noticeable. See pics.

-There's a little wear on the bottom corners but this is only seen if you hold the bag at eye level and inspect it.

-There may be a slightly darker spot on the front left middle but it's hard to tell if it's truly a spot or if it's just a natural shade variation in the felt.

This bag has been stored in a smoke-free environment and it does come in its original dust bag.
