We sell open box item which are shelf pulls or store returns the product are checked visually for any cosmetic damage they are not normally tested if a item is tested we will note in the description. Products may have damage packaging and no instruction or manuals. We also sell used working products in good condition these items are tested at point of sale. If they are not tested we will indicate in the description. We try to describe the product as accurately as possible and any imperfection will be listed.

We accept paypal, for domestic purchases. We will ship in 24 hours after payment received. Payments must be received within 3 days. If payment not received in 3 days ebay will open a unpaid item claim and item will be relisted.

Items are shipped within 1 business day from receipt of payment through USPS. Packages are shipped first class mail. We offer express mail and priority service at the buyers expense upon request. No international Shipping. We only ship to confirmed addresses by Ebay or Paypal. If a item is damage in shipment we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf. Tracking numbers are provided.

We offer a 14 day money back refund unless stated no returns. We do not pay return postage. Refunds will include shipping charges we will absorb that cost.
