most listings, shipping costs are for postage ONLY! Many countries may charge
the buyer import fees, taxes or duties – it is the BUYER’S responsibility to
know if their country charges these fees and to cover any fees.
*If you are quoted an import charge then all shipping and import charges are
included. The item will be shipped using eBay’s Global Shipping Program. (We
ship to eBay’s shipping center, they process the item and ship it directly to
you!)
*If you choose to not pick up your package from the Postal Office we cannot
refund shipping costs once the item is returned back to us.
*We WILL NOT ship First Class International. The USPS will not guarantee
delivery or track it. We will ONLY ship Priority OR Express International, NO
EXCEPTIONS!
RETURNS
& EXCHANGES

To return an item you MUST go through eBay’s hassle free return’s
process. We sell many items each day and knowing what is being returned is
mandatory for us so your return (and others) run smoothly.
* We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
* The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
* Upon acceptance of the returned item, there will be a restocking fee of 10%
of the item price. This is charged to offset shipping charges.
* In the case of our error, please message us to arrange for an immediate exchange.
* Upon inspection, items found to be unused, in resalable condition, and in
original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking
fee. Items found to be correct per the listing, used, not resalable, or with
missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item
will be returned to the customer.
*We do not accept ANY returns
that are not processed through eBay’s hassle free return process. Items
returned without using eBay’s hassle free returns will be refused and returned
to the buyer.
* It is the customer's responsibility to insure the package and retrieve a
tracking number with signature requirement from the carrier to protect from
loss. Damaged, lost, or missing claims must be made with the carrier.

RETURNS
PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS
To
return an item for a refund or replacement:
1. Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions
drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return. Depending on our (the seller) return
preferences, eBay may put you in touch with us directly.
3. eBay will provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. If a
shipping label isn't available for the item, we ask you to contact us about
alternative shipping arrangements.
4. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label,
and send the item back.. You must return the item within 5 business days of
requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information
when returning an item.
5. If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the
returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned
item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.
6. We will refund you within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. If
you're requesting a replacement item, we will ship it to you within 3 business
days of the time we receive the return.
