★ Handling time is set to 5 days, but we ship almost all orders in 1-2 days!
With regular shipping (SAL) your item will arrive within 3 weeks, while fast EMS express shipping (UPS) for an extra fee normally arrives in a week after shipment. All shipping is fully traceable with tracking number and we carefully ship in 2 days after placed order, unless it is an item we write takes longer time to prepare. Please ignore the handling time (don't worry about slow shipping) and eBay's estimated arrival date as they aren't accurate.

★ ABOUT NEW ITEMS:
All new items are of course un-used in perfect new condition, but as most items were released a long time ago you can not expect the outer boxes to be in perfect condition. If the outer box of a new (old) item is extra good, or bad, it is written in the description above. If nothing is mentioned there might be some damage and natural wear from the years of preservation.

★ ABOUT SHIPPING
We ship all items in time and they depart from Japan 3 days after being accepted by the Japanese post workers, and one day later arrives in the buyer's country. After that it is up to the post workers in the buyer's country to process and deliver the items, and it is here the delays occur. We ask for your understanding: if an item is delayed - as long as we ship within the promised timeframe, it is completely the post workers in your own country who are at fault and not us. They receive the item 4 days after we ship it and it is their job to complete delivery within 2 weeks (regular SAL), and EMS 7 days. If you you feel frustrated about a delay please remember that it is your fellow countrymen who are fully responsible, and please do not punish us for it in any way on eBay. Thank you!
