Original / New Condition includes protective shields on swimsuit and intimates bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags / cases, and items properly folded with all tags in place. We also recommend that you protect the item against any pet hair or dander, liquid, or other debris, and to put it back in the plastic
packaging it came from once you’ve tried it on. This will ensure that your return is approved during the inspection process done by the Returns Department.
Swimwear Return Policy:
We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
When you receive your swimwear or intimates item, we strongly suggest you try it on over your personal underwear. After you decide to keep your items, feel free to remove the hygienic strip and tags.
IMPORTANT:
We cannot accept garments that have been soiled, abused, damaged, wadded up, or laundered. We will be unable to issue any credit or refund for an unacceptable garment.
