EXO Comeback! First Full-length Album ‘XOXO(Kiss&Hug)’ Goes on Sale on June 3!

This album is a collaboration of EXO-K and EXO-M, who perform in Korea and China, respectively. Thus, the upgraded music of EXO will provide powerful performances from the twelve members and is expected to be highly popular among global music fans.

In addition, the album package of their first full-length album ‘XOXO(Kiss&Hug)’ is based on the concept of ‘old school’ and ‘year book’ with similar jacket images. This album that will be launched in both Korean and Chinese was expressed as Korean class and Chinese class, fitting the concept of ‘school’, and it is thus expected to be of high interest for both its music and the album itself.

The title song ‘Wolf’ is a collaboration of dubstep and hip hop, and is highlighted by wild and powerful beats and sounds. The lyrics are also interesting as it talks about a lone wolf that lived in a cave finally feeling love after meeting a girl.

In addition, ‘Baby, Don't Cry’, ‘My Lady’, ‘Black Pearl’, and ‘Let Out The Beast’ were partially revealed as background music for teaser videos in a 100 day online promotional event prior to EXO’s debut. It is expected that fans who wanted to hear the full song will show a great deal of interest.

The medium R&B track ‘Baby, Don’t Cry’ combines groovy drum and refined guitar sounds with delicate piano melodies, together with the attractive vocals of members to step up the ambience of the song. Also, ‘My Lady’ displays impressively soft vocals of EXO who sing about the exciting moment of confessing one’s love.

Furthermore, ‘Let Out the Beast’ contains lyrics talking about the desire to express the character and force hidden deep inside. ‘Black Pearl’ harmonizes aggressive dubstep sounds with stringed instruments to complete unique sounds.

Other tracks include ‘Don’t Go’ that talks about the thrills of a young love, ‘3.6.5’ with bright melodies, ‘Heart Attack’ which is a mysterious and groovy club track, ‘Peter Pan’ that expresses the longing for a pure childhood love with the Peter Pan fairy tale, and ‘Baby’ that talks about the resolution and pure soul of a boy who takes his first step towards the person he loves. There are a total of twelve tracks of diverse genres, making it more than enough to experience the diverse colors of EXO’s music.
