Finally all bidding 'errors' resulting in a winning bid will be treated in the same way as 'non paying bidders', a dispute filed to recover fees and a strike on the non paying bidders account.

Pre-owned items have been used by owners before you and as such, may have signs of wear. If you are looking for only brand new or pristine condition items, then my auctions may not be for you.
