Very scratchy locking hessian underwear in a choice of panties or bloomers.

The panties have side seams only whereas the bloomers have centre front and back seams. Both the panties and the bloomers have a polycotton band with one inch elastic and a chain which fastens with the combination padlock provided

The leg openings are finished with toning bias binding and elasticated for a snug fit.

The inside leg measurement of the bloomers is approx 12 inches.

The fabric has been preshrunk and the seams are very carefully stitched to avoid fraying

Available in 5 sizes - XS measures 36 inches fully extended, S-40 inches, M-44inches, L-48inches and the XL measures 54inches.
