RETURNS POLICY:
All non-defective items must be unused, sealed/unopened (where applicable) in its original packaging and returned within 30 days from purchase.
Postage charges of goods to be returned are payable by the customer unless specified otherwise, i.e. in instances where the item is deemed DoA (Dead on arrival) or non-functioning as a result of a manufacturing fault which has occurred within 30 days from purchase.
After this 30 day period no return of refunds will be accepted, buyers full responsibility there onwards.
There is no returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
