1999 Parker Vector Black CT Mechanical Pencil in Superb Unused condition and full working order. 

Black cap with a stainless steel barrel and chrome plated trims.

Fitted with 0.5 mm lead - spares in chamber under the Unused Eraser.

Only a couple of micro scratches present from storage - very minor-see pics.  

The clip is straight and true and tight to the body of the cap as it should be.

Parker , the Parker halo , made in UK and the date code IIN are stamped into the rim of the barrel.

A quality UK made Parker mechanical pencil.
