POSTAGE
The order will be dispatched within 24h after the payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. If the shipping takes more than 15 ( Europe ) and 20 ( rest of the world) business days please contact us, according to our local post office policies package is considered lost after 30 days from the date it was dispatched. The shipping time can be different to eBay estimated delivery time, it is because eBay calculates it automatically and it is not in our control to change it. Items are shipped via standard international shipping which doesn't include tracking option however if you buy multiple items or package which is over 50 grams we will dispatch it with tracking option. Once items are handed to shipping services it is not in our control to effect shipping times, they can be delayed due to transit operation, working speed of sorting center, bank holidays in different countries etc.

RETURNS
Returns accepted once the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt and returned like there are sent. If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described (in other words problem is our fault) then please let us know and we will issue a refund or replace the item. Sometimes all we need is a photo. If you have received your item but have changed your mind about buying then we still accept the return but will refund only 70% of the item cost. Please contact us if you have any problems. Thank you
