This gorgeous authentic bag is in excellent, very clean, pre-owned condition, from a smoke-free home. Although black bags in this style are still available, it is becoming impossible to find this style in this particular color with the ruthenium hardware. The deep brown semi-distressed calfskin is in excellent condition, with tight stitching and excellent condition ruthenium hardware. This bag is 17 inches wide, 11 inches tall and 7.5 inches deep. The handbag has the iconic large Chanel (R) quilted interlocked CC logo stitched on the leather of the front of the bag. The corners are in very good condition, as is the bottom of the bag, with no signs of rubbing or scuffing anywhere on this bag (other than the intentional original semi-distressing), and one small indentation on the very bottom of the bag, no fraying, peeling or scratches. Do remember, however, that the bag has a semi-distressed finish.
Chanel lines the interior of their newer handbags according to their luxury ranking; therefore, the interior of this particular bag is lined in highest grade beige leather. It is very clean and fresh. The only flaw is a few light blue pen marks in the very bottom of the interior. The hologram sticker with date code is located in the interior pocket of the bag and matches its Certificate of Authenticity card (see photo). This pocket features a ruthenium CC-engraved zipper fob. The Chanel (R) logo is stamped in silver on the pocket; below that, "Made in Italy" is stamped in silver. Across from the zippered pocket, the interior also features an open side pocket and a cellphone pocket and features a key clip. The bag closes at the top with a "Chanel"-inscribed magnetic snap.
