SHIPPING 

All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, with the exception of Sundays and Holidays due to the Post Office being closed. USPS PRIORITY is the main shipping service that I use unless size or weight prohibits. When that is the case, I will offer additional methods of shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL IS THE ONLY SHIPPING METHOD I USE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE SHIPPED 1ST CLASS MAIL. DUE TO LOST PACKAGES, I CAN NO LONGER OFFER THAT SERVICE. USPS INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY DUTIES, FEES, TAXES, ETC. THAT MAY APPLY IN GETTING THE ITEM TO YOUR LOCATION. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL REFLECT ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE AND NOT BE MARKED AS A GIFT. Please Note: I can no longer ship to Italy due to customs issues. No exceptions. 

I am glad to combine shipping whenever possible. Please let me know if you intend on bidding on multiple items so that I can send you a single invoice for all purchases. 

　 

PAYMENT 

PayPal is Ebays preferred method of payment. Please contact me for other options. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. I am flexible and understanding. If you communicate any issues, I will be glad to work with you. If I do not hear from you in 5 days, a “no-pay” will be filed with Ebay and the item will be relisted. If using Paypal, I can only ship to the address that Paypal has on file. 

　 

RETURNS 

Unless auction states otherwise, returns accepted within 30 days of receipt of item. NOTE: I MUST RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF RECEIPT, RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Once I receive item back in original packaging and original condition, UNUSED/UNOPENED, a refund will be issued less shipping. If you receive an item that is not as described in auction, a full refund will be issued including shipping.

Your complete satisfaction is my number one goal. I do my very best to describe each item in great detail. I am certainly not an expert on everything that I sell and I would never intentionally misrepresent an item. If you have any issues, any at all, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.
