• Items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment cleared and we will send you a shipping confirmation email. All shipments will be carry out by USPS First Class mail. It will normally take 3-5 business days to receive order. However, delivery time may varied depend on USPS postal process, especially during holiday seasons. Tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
• We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay,please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. We will not be responsible for lost items shipped to non-PayPal verified address.
• All free shipping options is available for US customers only. International customers will be responsible for the shipping & handling costs at checkout.
• We promise each item will be shipped, but sometimes package might be lost in transit. This does not happen very often with USPS. Please contact us and we will ship out the same item again to you immediately, or you can request for your money back with no hassle.

If you do not have Paypal account, please registered with (http://www.paypal.com) Payment must be received within 5 days after auctions ended. Please do not bid if you are not intending to buy. Unpaid dispute will be filed to ebay for the non payable bidders.

1. Normal returns with no defects- Please ship back the item to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original state as when you receive the package. Items must be unworn, and unwashed. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue refund upon receiving the return item and the condition of return item.
2. Manufactured defects- Please message us and upload pictures of the defective sites on the product. Once we receive the pictures we will either issue you a full refund, or ship out a replacement order with no additional cost to you. There is no need to ship the defective items back to us.
   
3. Exchanges - If you would like to exchange item, please follow the "normal returns with no defects" policy above, and message us immediately with the size or item you would like to exchange to. We will ship out your replacement order upon receiving your return package.
