The disc is in mint condition. I cannot detect any marks on the playing surface when held at an angle under light.

The booklet and rear insert are in excellent condition. There is some fading on the spine of the rear insert, and a minor indent on the booklet from one of the tabs.

This does have the original, smooth-sided jewel case. It has some shelf wear, but functions perfectly and has no missing teeth.
