Payments

➤ PAYMENTS

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Cards, and eBay Bucks. If you have any question before purchasing please do not hesitate to ask. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchasing the item unless discussed PRIOR to purchase.

➤ LAYAWAY / PAYMENT PLANS
Sometimes we all fall in love an item, however our wallets, not so much. We understand that you found a piece you cannot live without and need some help. We have a Layaway plan to help with just that! Once an item is desired to be purchased and you wish to use our layaway plan feel free to message us so we can set up a payment plan just for you! We will allow 7 days for the first down payment, of 20% of the item price, to be submitted so the item may be placed on layaway. This includes any fixed price items and even the ones on sale! Our layaway plan may offer up to 90 days for completed payments if needed. This will be determined on a case by case basis so please reach out to us before purchasing an item.

➤ SALES TAX IN THE STATE OF GA (Georgia, USA)
Since are located in Gwinnett County the tax is 2% + 6% State of Georgia sales tax. This will be added to all whom are purchasing items within our state as we file taxes here. Again this will applied to any and all State of Georgia residents within the USA.

➤ COUPON CODES
From time to time we will be implementing coupon codes that can be used during check out. Be sure to apply these in the box provided when do you check out. This won't always apply unless a coupon code or promotion is available for that period of time.

➤ CLARIFICATION OF MESSAGE/INTEREST

Due to a previous misunderstanding, we'd like to clarify: if a listing is currently active, it is available for sale to ALL customers on ETSY or other outlets. Asking a question does not guarantee the item being held for you while the question is answered. If you are 100% sure you want to buy this item please message us for a layaway plan or 25% deposit by message us as soon as you are ready to do as such.

Shipping

➤ U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for ALL Domestic Customers. We use either USPS or FedEx for shipping domestic and ALL packages are fully insured to protect both buyer and seller. 

➤INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping can vary in cost due to the restrictions set on how jewelry can be shipped into most countries. We ship both USPS and FedEx, depending on the countries restrictions and cost of the item. 

We have been shipping international packages for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with customs, shipping, or returns from unsatisfied customers and we strive to keep it that way! As this process takes some time, please contact us with any questions or concerns PRIOR to making the purchase!

Please note some countries may charge importing taxes, fess or tariffs before an item can be received. Please be familiar with your local, regional and country's import fees. Antique Jewelry Addiction is not responsible for any further taxes or fees that may occur. These fees will be the buyers sole responsibility only.

➤ EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited Services are available at additional cost to the buyer. Please contact us prior to making a purchase so we may discuss other shipping options if desired. If we do not hear from you we will ship out items accordingly to our shipping profile and methods.

Refunds and Exchanges

➤ RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Sometimes you just aren't happy with your purchase and we totally understand that! Your satisfaction is our greatest desire and we will do our best to make right on a purchase. Any item can be returned within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions: 

1. Tags are NOT removed from the item
2. Item is in original condition which includes but is not limited to
- original patina on vintage items
- not cleaned or polished
- not sized, altered or changed
- abused, broken, damaged
- no wear, wear and tear or worn in any way
3. Item(s) must return with all packaging

Majority of our pieces for sale are estate, vintage and antique pieces that have been pre-owned. Quite a few of our pieces are in vintage or antique condition with patina or wear marks. Please look at all pictures and read our description to know what you are getting. If a piece is altered in any way (i.e. patina removed by cleaning, worn, scratched, re-sized not by us) it will NOT be eligible for a return.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and make sure to insure package with tracking when returning the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

➤ RING SIZING

We would love to have a ring sized for you, by our skilled jeweler. Securely we can offer either 2 (two) sizes up or down on most any rings without worrying about the integrity of the ring. Any sizing more then 2 (two) sizes up or down will need be approved by our jeweler before we can confirm if it can be done without affect the integrity of the ring.

Please let us know immediately via a message, if you decide to buy this ring, to message us about sizing immediately. On a final note, please keep in mind the turnaround time for sizing takes an additional 3-business day before it is ready for shipping.

➤ RING SIZING FEE

- UNDER $700 SALE PRICE - If you purchased a ring for less then $700,
then there is an additional fee to ring sizing:

‌• Sterling Silver: $15
‌• 10-18k Gold: $50

- OVER $700 SALE PRICE - If you purchased a ring for $400 or more, then
you qualify for our FREE RING SIZING program!
- Also, do keep in mind, if in the unlikely circumstance
the ring is returned, AND you received FREE RING
SIZING, then a $50 fee will be withheld from the
refund due to the initial sizing cost.
