Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if you are unhappy for any reason with an item you have received from us, you may return it within 14 days from when the item was shipped. Buyer pays return postage, as free postage is offered at the time of sale.
Payment must be received within 2 business days, otherwise the purchase will be cancelled and the item shall be relisted for sale.
We will endeavor to ship within the next working day within receipt of payment, please note items which are purchased on Fridays and Saturdays would normally not be posted until the following Monday, however we shall do our best to post on a Saturday morning if feasible.
Free postage is only available to the United Kingdom, and international purchases will be shipped and charged via the eBay international shipping programme system.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
