Below is a bit of housekeeping that relates to every item I sell, if you have any questions you should find the answer below:  

I always post within 1 working day of payment being received. The majority of the time, I post the same working day when possible. For example, if you buy on Friday, I will post on a Monday at latest. If I buy something on eBay, my number one hate is getting a message 3 days later saying 'I've been busy with work I'll post later this week'. Sorry, not good enough. I have your money and you're now expecting your item. I'm a huge trainer fan first and foremost and I know what it's like waiting for your new delivery. With that in mind I will do everything I can to get them to you as soon as possible. I will mark as dispatched as soon as I leave the Post Office, please remember we are both then in the hands of Royal Mail. That said they are usually excellent. 

Unfortunately I don't provide receipts or proof of purchase with my trainers. I get my stock from a variety of different suppliers world wide and I don't wish to disclose my sources by providing paperwork with their details on. Instead, please know that I only ever deal in original, authentic, genuine items. I've never sold a single pair of fakes, replicas, or factory defects. The item you buy will be exactly as listed in the above pictures and description, and exactly as you expect when you make the purchase. For reassurance, please take a moment to read through my seller feedback. I try to provide a high level of service, as I would expect the same when spending my own money. I am honest, fair and work hard at this hobby. I collect Adidas trainers and own hundreds of pairs. I sell part of my collection on eBay and elsewhere. I do understand that a large amount of trainers on eBay these days are fakes. You are always covered by eBay, and their money back guarantee if the item doesn't match the description, but ultimately if you absolutely require paperwork with the trainers, I may not be the seller for you. All I can do is GUARANTEE my items are genuine. Please report me to eBay and claim your money back if not.  

International shipping is provided by eBay themselves. They offer the Global Shipping Programme and it's a fantastic service. Their prices are very competitive and you have peace of mind the item is on the way to you. I post the goods to eBays domestic UK warehouse. They then inspect and repack the trainers to ship internationally to you, and keep you updated with tracking. Because of this, I have no control of customs fees and cannot devalue the items or mark as a gift. The price you see on the page should always include the additional cost from eBay for shipping. If your country is not listed, unfortunately you cannot buy the item, as I don't post overseas myself.
